Canine College

The Canine College (Freshers) course is a fun, basic obedience course for dogs with little or no training and is suitable for all ages and breeds.  Exercises focus on teaching basic skills required for pet dogs to respond in the house and when out on walks. The course also starts to introduce self control exercises - particularly useful when teaching young and/or adolescent dogs the concept of calmness and patience.  This is a six week, basic beginner's course suitable for:

- puppies who have not yet started their training but are too old for a Puppy School course (aged 18 weeks upwards).
- new rescue dogs with limited/no training
- any puppies that have previously attended Puppy School and would like to recap the basics
- owners of older dogs just looking for something fun to provide some additional mental stimulation

Six week course = £100

The Canine College (Graduates) course is a fun obedience course for dogs looking to improve on their basic training skills.  This course is suitable for all ages and breeds provided they have had some experience in a training class environment.  Classes are designed to build on the foundation skills of obedience and self control using fun and innovative training exercises to keep both dogs and owners mentally challenged.  This is a six week course suitable for:

- puppies that have previously attended Puppy School with Paws Off and would like to progress their training beyond the most basic level
- any dog that has attended a Canine College (Freshers) course with Paws Off and would like to progress their training beyond the most basic level
- any adolescent dog (aged 6-18 months) looking to focus on self control and basic manners; although younger pups who are ready to progress and older dogs looking for some additional mental stimulation are also welcome

Six week course = £100
